To me faith means not worrying

see worry as a waste of time because, in actuality, worrying doesn’t work!

Why worry? There should be laughter after pain.
There should be sunshine after rain.
These things have always been the same.
So why worry now?

...we all must admit that everything is fine and there's no need in the world to worry, and in fact we should realize what it would mean to us to UNDERSTAND that we're not REALLY worried about ANYTHING.

If one doesn’t worry, how does one understand?

If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

Why worry? If you've done the very best you can, worrying won't make it any better
