When you have both eyes closed to the world, a third eye opens in your heart.

Those who know their minds do not know their hearts.

103. — Those who know their minds do not necessarily know their hearts.

But eyes are blind. You have to look with the heart.

For surely it is not the eyes that are blind, but blinded are the hearts which are in the breasts

Open eyes are of little use when the mind behind them is closed.

The only reason we don't open our hearts and minds to other people is that they trigger confusion in us that we don't feel brave enough or sane enough to deal with. To the degree that we look clearly and compassionately at ourselves, we feel confident and fearless about looking into someone else's eyes.

People should fall in love with their eyes closed. Just close your eyes. Don’t look and it’s magic

Opening your eyes is all that is needing. The heart lies and the head plays tricks with us, but the eyes see true.

They change their skies above them,
But not their hearts that roam!

They closed their eyes, as parts which first die, or first discover the sad effects of death. Her eyes are closed, because usually she has nothing good around herself to see ... and sometimes she cannot see her future. And that's why her eyes are closed, but it doesn't mean she cannot see.
