Ted Arthur Haggard (born June 27, 1956) is an American Methodist pastor. He is a former pastor of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a church which he founded. He was the head of the National Association of Evangelicals and the founder/head of the Association of Life-Giving Churches. He resigned from his leadership roles in 2006 after a scandal.
