Beware! Avoid sitting on the roadsides. The people said, "O Messenger of Allah! We have no alternative but to sit there and talk." The Prophet (PBUH) said, "If you must sit, then fulfill the rights of the road." They asked, "What are the rights of the road?" He said, "Lowering the gaze (avoiding looking at forbidden things), not harming people, responding to greetings, enjoining good, and forbidding evil."

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA) was one of the greatest Companions in Islamic history and a renowned Hadith narrator. He was among the Ansar and participated in several important battles alongside Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), such as the Battle of the Trench and the Pledge of Ridwan. His father, Malik ibn Sinan, was martyred in the Battle of Uhud. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA) narrated approximately 1,170 hadiths, which have been compiled in Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other hadith collections. He passed away in 74 Hijri (approximately 696 CE) in Medina and was buried in Jannat al-Baqi.
