Each time that a terrorist attack takes place in some Western city, nauseating hordes of cowards do one of two things: 1) Change their social media handles to the flag of the country that was attacked 2) Share a hashtag on Twitter to signal their solidarity with a given cause

Despite such laudable attempts to infuse rationality into the various arenas ripe for hope peddling, most people remain easy prey to the messages of hope.

The real-world experiments of comparing socialist-communist countries and capitalist ones have been repeated on countless occasions, and the data could not be any clearer that socialist-communist societies produce poverty and misery and capitalist societies produce prosperity and happiness.

Many people in the West have a poor understanding of the concept of free speech. Whenever I mute or block someone on social media, a cacophony of fools will accuse me of being a free speech hypocrite for “silencing their voice.” They do not understand that I have the right to walk away from their online taunts, insults, and idiocy. To do so is not “restricting” their speech but expressing my right to avoid listening to them.

In other words, a playful mindset into adulthood protects our bodies and minds in a myriad of ways and gives us more positive outlook regarding our lives.

"To be successful in our quest for happiness, we need to tackle life with the grit, determination, and persistence necessary to achieve meaningful goals, whilst possessing a protective armor against possible, even likely, failures. Successful individuals are almost always "anti-fragile" when it comes to failure. They
lean from their failures but are not broken by them."

Once these mind viruses take hold of one’s neuronal circuitry, the afflicted victim loses the ability to use reason, logic, and science to navigate the world. Instead, one sinks into an abyss of infinite lunacy best defined by a dogged and proud departure from reality, common sense, and truth.

Homeostasis also plays a part in what researchers call the prevalence-induced concept change effect. Suppose that you are asked to identify whether a dot is blue. This should not depend on how many blue dots you've previously been exposed to-but it does. When there are fewer blue dots, people will code purple dots as blue. Researchers replicated this finding using pictures of threatening faces. When participants were shown fewer threatening faces, they judged neutral faces as threatening. In short, I posit that this is a form of homeostasis, namely people are driven to maintain the frequency of a stimulus at a set level, even if they have to engage in perceptual distortions to do so.

Your son is drowning. A Jewish firefighter jumps in the ice water risking his life to save your non-Jewish son. Your response: "Jews are anti-white. Jews own pornography. Jews are genocidal killers. Jews brought the Muslims here because they hate the whites." The firefighter is going to feel rather unappreciated. Every single day, I fight for Canadian values, freedoms, and liberties, and every day I receive innumerable messages of hate about my being Jewish. My being Jewish is the 1,003,345th interesting thing about me but to Jew-haters, it is the only thing that defines me.

Battles require courage. You cannot go to war while being assured that nothing dire will befall you. That’s the reality; there’s no way to mitigate the risk. Now, you don’t have to be a frivolous martyr! You could be strategic as to when to intervene, when not to intervene, how to frame it. In that sense, you can be strategic. But there’s no avoiding it.
