Stay true to yourself. Let your voice ring out, and don’t let anybody fiddle with it.

I just tend to admire people who go for what they believe in, like David Lynch for example, and just say what goes through their heads, and are not afraid of people not accepting them. I have no respect for people who deliberately try to be weird to attract attention, but if that's who you honestly are, you shouldn't try to "normalize yourself". It's a fine line.

All artists should stay true to themselves.

I think I just kind of thought about all the artists that I really respected throughout the - just any genre of music really and I think everybody that I respected and liked. They were just them. You know, they're people who always stuck to who they were, and were true and honest about who they were. So I think that kind of gave me a real like confidence to just stick at it. Just thinking about people like Bjork - you know, I don't know, Bob Dylan, you know artists that truly were strong in themselves.

The people I admire the most are those who have the courage, foresight and ability to see themselves with cold-eyed honesty and fundamentally change themselves. Those who, with no guarantees of greater success or happiness, find it in themselves to completely alter the course of their lives to follow what is oftentimes just a small voice telling them that they can do better. That they can be better.

It’s so important to be yourself and follow those ambitions. Regardless of what people say.

I like a strong man, someone who inspires me to be better and supports me (not with money) to achieve my dreams.

What I find powerful is a person with
the confidence to be her own self.

I absolutely love to see young people realize that their voices matter own that power and use their voices responsibly.

I love how brave she is in her skin, how she’s not ashamed & afraid of her voice & thoughts. She knows what she wants and she goes for it. She’s not afraid of saying; No and doesn’t give a hoot of what people think of her. She lives her life according to her rules

I admire anybody who has the guts to write anything at all.

I would just say hold out for what you believe in, and don't be afraid to express yourself. Don't let people try to change you, because in the long run, if you keep trying to do what everyone else thinks is right, it's not. You've got to do what you believe. Shakespeare was so right: 'This above all, to thine own self be true.’
