In these homes the children are bound to father and mother by ties of love, respect, and obedience, which are simply strengthened by the fact that they are treated as reasonable beings with rights of their own, and that the rule of the household is changed to suit the changing years, as childhood passes into manhood and womanhood.

Times when families laugh together are among the most precious times a family can have.

To have a happy family...is to enjoy an earlier heaven.

A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another. If these minds love one another the home will be as beautiful as a flower garden. But if these minds get out of harmony with one another it is like a storm that plays havoc with the garden.

No force is more powerful -- or more multiple -- than the family.

I think it’s important in every culture that we treat family respectfully. We’re being thankful and we’re showing love. I think if you ask me what family means, I would say it is unconditional love. So at this point in time, I think it’s still another universal language.

There is no doubt that it is around the family and the home that all the greatest virtues, the most dominating virtues of human, are created, strengthened and maintained.

The family is the first place where one learns to love, where we experience and practice mutual love. Blessed are those parents who teach their children respect and love for others, who avoid hatred and educate them to show love and care for others.
