I'm shocked at how often Plan A fails.. and then I end up discovering a Plan B that is vastly better than Plan A ever could have been.

Pro tip: if you are ambitious and driven you will always work hard. So work on the biggest idea you can imagine. The effort is the same but the rewards are much, much better.
