There is not a man of us who does not at times need a helping hand to be stretched out to him, and then shame upon him who will not stretch out the helping hand to his brother.

I think there are different ways to show solidarity. If you feel like you're able to go and do that, by all means do that to speak out.

Just speak out. You owe it to yourself and to no one, whenever you are able to share your story or even to say I need help. There is absolutely freedom in asking for help. There is no shame and no self-guilt.

We cannot be too gentle, too kind. Shun even to appear harsh in your treatment of each other.
