Time is precious, but truth is more precious than time.

To covet truth is a very distinguished passion.

God's truth is too sacred to be expounded to superficial worldliness in its transient fit of earnestness.

What I can tell your grace is that it deals with truths, and they are truths so appealing and elegant that no lies can equal them.

To love truth for truth's sake is the principal part of human perfection in this world, and the seed-plot of all other virtues.

Religion! what treasure untold
Resides in that heavenly word!

The gift of truth is the highest gift. The taste of truth is the sweetest taste. The joy of truth is the greatest joy. The extinction of craving is the end of suffering.

Nothing is more sacred than the facts.
