I am really interested to help young females to achieve what they want to. I try to be as much of a role model as I can because I want to help and inspire other people—not only in sports but whatever goal they have

My dream is to be the coach and I think I am on the right track. I also want to encourage young females to play football as it is the next big thing.

For me, the mission is that all women should be included, and I feel I have a responsibility to bring more women in.

Having females and people of multi ethnic and minority groups in higher-up positions will give young people the hope that they can reach the top too.

I think at the moment we really are on the cusp of potentially a major change, and I'm quite optimistic about not just all the women we see rising to the top, but also all the young women coming up who will fill those jobs in the future toward gender parity.

It's not only about representation at the top. It's also about hiring female talent so female talent is around when decisions are being made on leadership and key positions within an organization.

If young girls are looking at me, and my path to get here, I hope they get inspired to do the same.

Today, I come across a lot of youth telling me they are inspired by my life. As a female artist, I must continue to provide hope for younger females who are in search of role models particularly in a profession that has been male dominated for a long time. There are a lot of people, both male and female looking up to me for counsel and I realise that this is an enormous task. I teach them that there is a lot that can be achieved through passion, sheer hard work and dedication.

We need to support, empower and encourage more women and girls into the field (technology). I have seen and met with some of the amazing young women in Tech and I am very confident the great work they are doing will inspire even more young women and girls into the field.

Not only to have many females in service, but to also have females who have the will and ability to deliver to the required standards.

I will be phenomenal to the women. I mean, I want to help women.

I am also looking forward to making impact on the lives of women.

I want to be a part of something that is spearheading the movement, if that makes sense? I’m actually investing in seeing myself as an equal to my male counterparts.

I also want to encourage more young women to pursue careers in STEM. The opportunities are boundless – embrace them, and together, we can change the world.
