Here's some advice. Stay alive.

Suffer, die, or get better; but whatever you do, live while you are alive.

If you’re finding life to be the one thing that’s trying to kill you, I want you to stay alive to rise with the sun and fight back.

You have to put up some kind of a beef. Scream or holler or scratch or make some sound that you’re alive and can fight. You know, cough or do something. Otherwise, they just walk past you and look at you and say, “He must be dead, he ain’t moving.”

You have to talk to make sure you're alive.

Dance while you are alive. Breathe blissfully while you are alive. Sing while you are alive. Love, meditate while you are alive.

You should be as alive as you can, until you're totally dead!

The blood is the life!

But as long as one is alive, one can be vital. But you don't give up until you stop breathing.

If you can say the word: good. Guess what? That means that you are still alive, that means that you are still breathing. And if you are still breathing... well now... you still got some fight left in you

It’s just there, and you have to survive it. You have to endure it. You have to live through it and love it and move on and be better for it and run as far as you can in the direction of your best and happiest dreams across the bridge that was built by your own desire to heal.

Feel, feel, I say - feel for all you're worth, and even if it half kills you, for that is the only way to live

To travel is to be alive, but to get somewhere is to be dead.

I am still alive then. That may come in useful.
