The sooner you say, It’s so beautiful here, the quicker you can say, Wow, I’m getting overheated.

At times, life chases me in haste, sometimes, I'm the one to chase my life. at times, life flees from my reach, and sometimes I try to escape from the grasp of my life.

The feeling of being hurried is not usually the result of living a full life and having no time. It is on the contrary born of a vague fear that we are wasting our life. When we do not do the one thing we ought to do, we have no time for anything else — we are the busiest people in the world.

There is a difference between moving fast and rushing.

You can move fast and be thoughtful. When you rush, you sacrifice thoughtfulness.

Conversely, when you are thoughtful but not moving fast, you are overthinking it. Procrastination in disguise.

Don't rush, but don't wait.

I can't stand it to think my life is going so fast and I'm not really living it.

Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the whole earth revolves—slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future. Live the actual moment. Only this actual moment is life.

Frenetic “do everything for success” mode often pairs with a disconnect from the work itself. If you deeply enjoy what you do there is no rush.

Rush is a product of a desire for escape no matter how small

Everyone is in such a hurry. People haven’t found meaning in their lives, so they’re running all the time looking for it. They think the next car, the next house, the next job. Then they find those things are empty, too, and they keep running. Once you start running, it’s hard to slow yourself down.

I used to hurry shots, but nothing is rushing me anymore because they (the opponents) still believe I can't shoot. That’s something I worked on in the summer.
