Another salesman I know keeps postcards in his briefcase and jots off a personal note to his good customers while waiting for an appointment or a plane. Watch the ways in which the giant companies spend millions just to keep their name in front of the public. I have learned from them, and you should too, because we have businesses just like them, only maybe not so big.
