In a situation where sports instructors and bodybuilding champions usually encourage young people to take expensive sports supplements, he takes such measures. He says, "In a society facing economic recession, the use of a fixed method by all trainers and instructors can reduce people's desire for excursions and following a healthy lifestyle."
Shortcuts tend to accelerate effort, not replace it. Supplements and cutting edge recovery methods might speed up your progress in the gym, but they don't replace the need to do the workout. In general, the people who benefit most from shortcuts are those who continue to practice the fundamentals consistently.
This is also the reason that the supplement industry ($123B, Grandview Research) is twice the size of the health club industry ($62B, IHRSA). Healthy sport, swimming, racing, walking, bodily exercises of every kind, and many-sided intellectual interests. . . . that will give young people more than eternal theories and discussions about sexual problems and the so- called "living life to the full." No, no! that does not square with the revolution.
