It's embarrassing to tell you this, but it seems to come down mostly to just learning to be kinder.

Wouldn`t it be wonderful if we could all be a little more gentle with each other, and a little more loving, have a little more empathy, and maybe we'd like each other a little bit more.

The style of kindness has changed.

Be nicer than necessary to everyone you meet. Everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

I made a promise to myself to be kinder to other people.

Be kinder to yourself. And then let your kindness flood the world.

being right or being kind
be kind. No exceptions. Don’t confuse kindness with weakness.

It's a little embarrassing that after 45 years of research & study, the best advice I can give people is to be a little kinder to each other.
