By forcing us to look closely at our requests, prayer purifies us.

There is no particular way to worship Kami. Just be sincere, conscientious, honest, and sincerely single-hearted.
Give thanks for being able to live from day to day and apologize for the irreverence, carelessness, and arrogance that you commit unknowingly. Then with sincerity, tell any personal requests that you may have to Kami.

Purify yourself by a well-ordered and useful life. Watch over your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. This will clear your vision.

Create purity in your heart and contribute purity to the world around us.

The gods behold all righteous actions.

It is not within the power of a Buddha to wash away the impurities of others. One could neither purify nor defile another. The Buddha, as Teacher, instructs us, but we ourselves are directly responsible for our purification.

It is because we know that we are going forward to life and resurrection that we must purify ourselves in order that we may be presented holy and faultless. This purification, of course, is not just ritual or moral. It is purification from the stains of the world. It will manifest itself in our freedom with regard to the things of the world. This is why hope and freedom are so often related in the texts. The hope which binds us to the risen Christ by a full and actual bond is precisely that which allows us to reject the validity of the secular powers.

Kami will teach the Way of the Universe and show people the way to give themselves peace.

The mantra purifies the body. Man becomes pure by repeating the name of God. So repeat His name always.

The Lord listens to the monk as he prays the nightly prayers with a pure heart.
During the day the Lord makes him shine and will proclaim him pure.

We are called to honor our own words of reverent prayer with resolution in the deeds we must perform to preserve peace and the hope of freedom. We keep a vigil of peace around the world. Until the world knows no aggressors, until the arms of tyranny have been laid down, until freedom has risen up in every land, we shall maintain our vigil to make sure our sons who died on foreign fields shall not have died in vain.

Should we not invariably act in this life as though the God whom our heart desires with its highest desire were watching our every action?

Life in its entirety must be purified by the flame of achievement. The great Buddha, who preordained Maitreya, prescribed the path for the whole of existence. For those wise and clear covenants, the manifestation of the new evolution is calling. The demand for the purification of the Teaching is not accidental. The dates are approaching. The Image of Maitreya is ready to rise. All the Buddhas of the past have combined their wisdom of experience and have handed it on to the Blessed Coming One.

If you desire purification of the heart then shut your eye from the corporeal world. This is the hole through which heart is defiled.
