A leader is great not because of his or her power, but because of his or her ability to empower others.

Great leaders are those who trust their gut. They are those who understand the art before the science. They win hearts before minds. They are the ones who start with WHY.

He's a phenomenally successful leader and he does that not by focusing on recruiting new people, but by genuinely, compassionately taking care of and rewarding the people who are already working for him. Good leadership puts the interests of the community as a whole before those of any specific group. Credibility of leadership can only be established through action and not words.
