first and foremost, we must deliver Brexit

Clear and decisive leadership is crucial and we shall deliver it. It is urgent that we work on projecting our party firmly and decisively with the purpose of securing our nation’s interests through Brexit and beyond.

We need to deliver Brexit and my job is to make sure we have a debate about how we do that

The focus must always be on how to best accomplish the mission.

The only thing that is certain now is that we must focus all our energies solely on racial survival and allow no peripheral issues like argument over past institutions to divide our energies.

We cannot turn the clock back and run the Brexit vote again. We have been given our instructions by the British people and we must act on them.

Focus means keeping the mind now and here.

There is an overwhelming imperative to negotiate a good Brexit deal

One hundred percent of our focus is on stopping this new administration. We're confronted with severe challenges from a new administration, and a narrow majority of Democrats in the House and a 50-50 Senate to turn America into a socialist country, and that's 100% of my focus.

We are determined to get a deal. We recognise that a no-deal Brexit would be a very bad outcome for the UK and we are doing everything we can to avoid that,

The first task is clear. We must stop Brexit. There is no Brexit that will be good for our country.

The public will never forgive Labour if the frontbench lose their bottle on Brexit. The Liberal Democrats can guarantee we will fight for the people to have a final say on Brexit, including the option to remain, at every opportunity.
