What feels like play to you, but looks like work to others?

Building specific knowledge will feel like play to you but will look like work to others.

We are more likely to love our work when we see it as play.

but though idle people might call it work, working people would call it play.

What they call “play” (gym, travel, sports) looks like work.

You can get a lot of work done if you stay with it and are excited and its play instead of work.

If you have to do it, it’s work. If you want to do it, it’s play.

Work and play do not have to be completely separate activities. It is good to find the fun in your work. Finding enjoyment in daily tasks helps us get through the day and through our lives.

Play makes a human being! Work just means you don’t have to feel guilty about playing, which I don’t feel much anyway. Mainly work means I don’t have to suffer the taunts of my friends who wonder why I’m playing as hard as I do!

Working with who you want to work with, on what you want to work on, is actually just play.

Work and play are an artificial pair of opposites, because the best kind of play contains an element of work, and the most productive kind of work must include something of the spirit of play.

When you work, work; and when you play, play. Mixing the two never works. All you end up doing is cheating yourself both ways. If you work and play at the same time, you’ll miss the joy that comes from great accomplishment and the complete release that is the gift of pure play.
