At daybreak Morn shall come to me
In raiment of the white winds spun.

I, too, shall wake again.

Every morning is a fresh start. Wake up with a thankful heart.

At every sunrise I renounce the doubts of night and greet the new day of a most precious delusion.

A perfect morning; in perfect harmony with myself I'm walking briskly uphill.... For once I didn't notice that I was walking, all the way up to the mountaintop forest I was absorbed in deep thought. Perfect clarity and freshness in the air, up further there's some snow. The tangerines make me completely euphoric.

Hello, sun in my face.

Hello, you who made the morning

and spread it over the fields

and into the faces of the tulips

and the nodding morning glories,

and into the windows of, even, the

miserable and the crotchety –

best preacher that ever was,

dear star, that just happens

to be where you are in the universe

to keep us from ever-darkness,

Watch, now, how I start the day

in happiness, in kindness.

And now I awaken, for I am both yours and mine.
