La cultura non soltanto libera queste masse dai pregiudizi che derivano dall'ignoranza, dai limiti che questa pone all'orizzonte degli uomini: la cultura è anche uno strumento per andare avanti e far andare avanti, progredire e innalzare tutta la società nazionale.
