I met so many people who carry silent battles within them. Some of these struggles go unnoticed by the world but that doesn’t make them any less real. We talked about how healing isn’t just about getting over something, it’s about learning to live with the scar it leaves behind. It’s about being kind to yourself on the days when you don’t feel okay and celebrating the small victories when you do.
Healing isn’t a straight line, it’s not about waking up one day and feeling whole again. It’s messy, unpredictable and very personal. Today, we spoke about the small, often unnoticed steps we take on this journey.
