The more time you spend complaining about what you deserve, the less time you have to focus on what you can create. Focus on what you can control.

You only have so much time and energy; make sure you are investing them in exploring the problems that, if fixed, will yield you the biggest returns. But at the same time, make sure you spend enough time with the small problems to make sure they're not symptoms of larger ones.

Far from getting things done, you'll be creating new things to do.

Don’t waste your time on penitence or guilt. Solving the problem is better!
