Challenges make you discover things about yourself you never really knew. They are what make the instrument stretch what make you go beyond the norm

Challenge is the core and mainspring of all human action. If there’s an ocean, we cross it. If there’s a disease, we cure it. If there’s a wrong, we right it. If there’s a record, we break it. And if there’s a mountain, we climb it.’ I totally agree and believe we should all continue to challenge ourselves.

There are obstacles that are not surmountable, there are also obstacles that are surmountable. So I believe that challenges are good in somebody’s life because challenges build somebody.

We should strive to welcome change and challenges, because they are what help us grow. With out them we grow weak like the Eloi in comfort and security. We need to constantly be challenging ourselves in order to strengthen our character and increase our intelligence.

I have had several challenges along the journey but the fact is that those challenges bring out the best in me.

I wouldn’t say I faced challenges; rather, I climbed stairs. And as it is with the activity of climbing staircases, the muscle is put to work. My God and my talent have been my muscle.

We are hardwired for challenge. We do our best when we compete, whether it's in sports or business. We need to feel alive to stay alive.

I believe that all the trials and challenges that God gives us are meant to make us stronger and to lead us to a better path in life. There are things that we can't control. We just have to accept them and do our best to survive and surpass the difficulties.
