I feel in my heart this is a war we can win. And if we win it, when we win it, I see great things for us on the other side of victory. We are still alive, people. We are still. Alive.

We will win and achieve all our goals.

The difference is, this time, we win.

At first thought , we might say, 'our job is to win a war'...but I am sure it would be closer to the hearts of all of us to say, 'We are fighting a war to assure a peace...our kind of peace.'

In Iraq, there is no peace without victory. We will keep our nerve and we will win that victory.

We will win the World Cup.

Inshallah, we will win.

We know how to win wars. We must learn now to win peace...

Given the nature and reach of our enemies, we will win this conflict by the patient accumulation of successes, by meeting a series of challenges with determination and will and purpose. Today we focus on Afghanistan, but the battle is broader. Every nation has a choice to make. In this conflict, there is no neutral ground. If any government sponsors the outlaws and killers of innocence, they have become outlaws and murderers themselves. And they will take that lonely path at their own peril.

One thing we got to be thankful for our Soldiers can win wars faster than our Diplomats can talk us into them,

We keep on fighting, we keep on playing. We won tonight and we're going to try to keep on winning.

I have a feeling that we are doing better in the war [in Vietnam] than the people have been told.
