Dealing with Rejection Of course, success won’t always be so immediate when you use direct preselling to validate — in fact, you’ll get rejected a whole lot — and this is another instance where the technique shines. That’s because every rejection is an opportunity; you can use it to take a deep dive into customer problems. Remember the Rejection Goals from chapter 2. Rejections are TREASURE.
