In your practice you should accept everything as it is, giving to each thing the same respect given to a Buddha.

Anything that comes – good or bad – I take it as it is.

Everything is the way it is because we've all agreed that's the way it is.

the greatest learning of the ages lies in accepting life exactly as it comes to us.

Accept the past as past, without denying it or discarding it.

Accept in an unruffled spirit that which is inevitable.

I take each thing as it is, without prior rules about what it should be.

To accept something, you must be happy about it, or at least okay with it. You can accept your circumstances (acknowledge they are real) while still disliking them strongly. You don’t have to like everything, but if you want to preserve your sanity, you have to accept whatever comes into your life before you can change it.

Accepting means you allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling at that moment...you can't argue with what is. Well, you can, but if you do, you suffer.

Breathe and let be... Give yourself permission to allow this moment to be exactly as it is, and allow yourself to be exactly as you are.

Accept the truth from whatever source it comes.

when you accept things as they are, it allows you to step into reality. The veil of fantasy that most of us shield ourselves with is torn into pieces and we can deal with things as they actually are, good, bad, or indifferent. The fact of the matter is that the world does not care about you or me, our hopes, our desires, or our dreams. And, the world of dreams, hopes, and desires that is constructed between our ears it is not necessarily a reflection of what is actually going on around us.

A simple acceptance of what comes to us, regarding it as neither bad nor good.
