There’s always this question about whether or not you can do it and have it all. Some people say ‘yes’ and ‘no,’ while others say you can, but not at the same time. I say, you can to a certain degree; you just have to do a lot of juggling.

In the past being so multitasking, complete and being able to do a bit of everything was also a problem, now I can slowly simplify the strategy and schematise a bit more. But it is always a balance of pros and cons: on the one hand there are the difficulties in selection, on the other hand if you can do a bit of everything you gain in unpredictability.

When faced with the choice between two things you need that are seemingly at odds, go slowly to figure out how you can have as much of both as possible. There is almost always a good path that you just haven't figured out yet, so look for it until you find it rather than settle for the choice that is then apparent to you.
