You shouldn't compete against others. You should compete against yourself.

When you compete against everyone else, no one wants to help you. But when you compete against yourself, everyone wants to help you.

Competition means no profit for everybody , no meaningful differentiation, and a struggle for survival so why do people believe that competition is healthy ? .......

I don't challenge myself to be better than the next person, rather better than myself. I think everyone should compete with themselves.
