But I think it is important for all women who have succeeded and achieved in their own right, to find the time to mentor and create reality for this future generation.

We need women Professors, Surgeons, Presidents, Leaders, Directors, CEOs, Engineers, Pilots, Research Scientists...

Women at all levels have the ability to care for and nurture others. Women bring commitment to teaching as well as supporting the learners, be they male or female. Furthermore, the presence of women in policy making leads to more balanced policies.

If we are to use women for the same things as the men, we must also teach them the same things.

Educate a woman and you educate her family. Educate a girl and you change the future.
