You can be relaxed and dedicated. Just because you worry more, doesn't mean you care more.

The trick is not caring that it hurts.

Don’t do any task in order to get it over with. Resolve to do each job in a relaxed way, with all your attention. Enjoy and be one with your work.

The way to do a great deal is to keep on doing a little. The way to do nothing at all is to be continually resolving that you will do everything.

Be relaxed, not to bother yourself, let it happen whatever that happens.

We have a choice. We can spend our whole life suffering because we can't relax with how things really are, or we can relax and embrace the open-endedness of the human situation, which is fresh, unfixated, unbiased.

The harder we try with the conscious will to do something, the less we shall succeed. Proficiency and results come only to those who have learned the paradoxical art of doing and not doing, or combining relaxation with activity.

But of course the instant I try to make myself relax, true relaxation vanishes, and in its place is a strange phenomenon called “trying to relax.” Relaxation happens only when allowed, not as a result of “trying” or “making.
