You know what!? Fuck this! Fuck this airlock, fuck that Hab, and fuck this whole planet!
Seriously, this is it! I've had it! I've got a few minutes before I run out of air and I'll be damned if I spend them playing Mars's little game. I'm so god damned sick of it I could puke!
All I have to do is sit here. The air will leak out and I'll die.
I'll be done. No more getting my hopes up, no more self-delusion, and no more problem-solving. I've fucking had it!

Sigh...okay. I've had my tantrum and now I have to figure out how to stay alive.

I just told them that oxygen deprivation can be devastating. Not just immediately, but even worse in the long term. I don’t have a support system in my country. So I have to bear everything about my son’s care within my family.

I was going to die and it was taking forever.

...no matter how much success you may experience in life, your eventual story - no offence intended - will be one of failure. Your bodily organs will fail, and you'll die.

If you don't leave home you suffocate, if you go too far you lose oxygen.

Life is absolutely unbearable. And we're going to die.

The other night I sat alone in agony,

My head’ll explode if I continue with this escapism.

There are some days when I think I'm going to die from an overdose of satisfaction.

If I could drown in sleep as I drown in fear I would be no longer alive.

Half dead’s a lot worse than dead, when you know you’re gonna die in another three, six days no matter what anyone else does.
